FAQ: Why is the border around the image not uniform?

To save you from having to purchase a custom-sized frame (far more expensive), my prints come in standard paper sizes (A3, A2 etc). This gives you an incredibly broad range of beautiful, unique frames to choose from - at all price points. My photographs are taken with a medium-format camera, which has a slightly different aspect ratio to the standard paper size (hence the border style). However, this grants me the perfect amount of space to emboss and number the print in the bottom left corner, and sign in the right. If you would like to have a more uniform border within your frame, you can simply ask any framer to create a mount that would sit between the print and the frame - cropping the image ever-so-slightly.
